CENTENARY BALL

Dear All
 
The Hockey Club Centenary Ball is being held at St Michael's school Otford on the 14th April 2012. This will be one event in what is planned to be an action packed centenary weekend. I am coordinating the sale for the tickets for the Ball. There are 300 tickets available and we will have 30 tables seating 10 at each.
 
The cost of each ticket is £50, this will include a champagne reception, 3 course meal, and dancing to a live band, the Big Kahuna..... There will be a wine and beer bar at the event.
 
More details will follow however I need you to begin spreading the word to your teams and rustle up some interest. I would like to know by 4 FEB if you are interested in purchasing a table for 10 or indeed individual tickets.

I will endeavour to be present at the club at some point most saturdays and I will keep in regular contact with you all. We will be giving priority obviously to Club members in the first instance.
