The U12 girls team won the Kent Championships for the second year in a row on Sunday.  Despite the cold conditions, the U12 girls team were in top form.  Over the five matches, the team only conceded one goal as a result of some solid defending and good goalkeeping skills from Lucy Meakin. The team scored 11 goals in total through Zoe Eifion-Jones, Jenna Boltman, Holly Hayward and Rosie Peachey.  The final was a thrilling affair with the score 0-0 after extra time, and was eventually won by the Sevenoaks team through a penalty shoot-out.  Overall the U12 girls team put in a strong team performance, and all the efforts of training throughout the season paid off.  A thoroughly deserved win!
