The Shadows are the Junior Men’s Veterans team in the club. This season, 2012/13, we are playing in the Kent Open Premier B league. The side comprises mostly players between 40 and 50. Many of us have represented club, county or country at higher levels and are now keen to play competitive, but hopefully more sociable hockey.

The team’s emphasis is more on style and enjoyment, although it is always more enjoyable playing winning hockey. We are always happy to welcome new players, especially fit ones and with a modicum of talent!
